RJ's own recipe!  A wonderfully conditioning base, smelling slightly of chocolate.  The chocolate scent, however, won't interfere with your flavor oils. When warming your base, do not overheat It'll burn off your flavor oil. So melt until just pourable, remove from heat, stir, add flavor/color/sweetener and stir. Adjust the amount to your desired color, sweetness, etc & pour into your tubes. As the base you are pouring starts to firm up, reheat and continue to pour. Use a dbl boiler for melting. Don't fill your tubes all the way As it cools it will leave a dent in the middle You'll want enough room to top it off.
